Our fitness suite offers a private, luxury training space designed for a more personal gym experience. It’s where high-quality equipment, privacy and performance come together — no crowds, no waiting around, just a focused environment where you can train properly.

Every part of the space has been designed to create a premium feel, from the professional strength and conditioning equipment to the clean, calm atmosphere. You’ll have access to everything you need for effective training — free weights, functional equipment, cable machines, cardio kit, and space for mobility or recovery work.

Your bespoke online program is designed with this space in mind, so every session has purpose and moves you closer to your goals. With access from 5am to 10pm, you have the flexibility to train when it suits you, while still having the guidance, support and accountability from your coach.

It’s not just an open gym — it’s your own training space, backed by expert coaching and a clear plan to help you get results.

Online Coaching

 

Online coaching is the structure and guidance that sits behind your training. Rather than turning up to the gym and guessing what to do, you’ll follow a fully personalised program designed specifically for you, your goals, your schedule, and your training experience.

Your coach will build your program through our training app, where you’ll be able to see every workout, track your progress, log your results, and stay accountable. The program evolves with you, meaning exercises, intensity, and structure are adjusted as you progress.

Alongside your training plan, you’ll have regular check-ins with your coach to review progress, discuss any challenges, and make sure everything is moving in the right direction. It’s the combination of a clear plan, expert support, and accountability that helps you stay consistent and get results — even when life gets busy.

In simple terms, you get the flexibility to train on your schedule, with the confidence of knowing exactly what to do every time you step into the gym.
